Frequently Asked Questions

Procurement and capital partnerships
start with clear requirements

For each business, confirm the product or project, authorization, fees and execution requirements separately.

What are your two businesses? Is used equipment the main focus?

Our first business is cost-efficient procurement of new AI infrastructure equipment and parts, including CPUs, GPUs, servers and facility systems. Our second is direct investment or co-investment, financing introductions, equity transfers and asset transactions for data centers and AI compute facilities. Stock and used equipment supplement the new equipment business.

How does cost-efficient sourcing work, and how do I submit an equipment inquiry?

We use China's manufacturing and supply networks to compare configurations and suppliers, consolidate volume purchases and schedule deliveries to manage procurement cost. Share the application, models or configurations, quantities, budget and destination. Assess quality, compatibility, tests, warranty, taxes and delivery alongside price.

Can you invest directly as well as help arrange financing?

Direct investment or co-investment can be discussed according to project conditions. We can also introduce infrastructure funds, strategic investors, family offices and other capital providers for equity, debt or project financing. Any structure is subject to project assessment, due diligence, each party's approval and definitive agreements.

How do you support shareholder transfers and asset sales?

With the seller's authorization, we help connect existing shareholders or other potential buyers. Start with the region, project fundamentals, proposed stake or asset scope, valuation expectations and contact authority. Shareholder rights, assets and liabilities, payment and closing terms are reviewed in stages. Minority interests, controlling stakes, corporate acquisitions and campus asset deals can all be discussed.

How are fees and delivery agreed for global procurement and capital transactions?

Equipment orders identify the seller, source, condition, currency, goods price, freight, insurance, taxes, delivery terms and after-sales responsibilities. Capital and equity transactions separately define parties, authorization, scope, fees and required approvals. Execution arrangements are checked against the project jurisdiction and the parties' requirements.

How should project owners and investors submit information, and how is it protected?

Project owners and shareholders should use “Submit a Project”; investors should use “Find Investment Opportunities”; equipment buyers and suppliers should use “Contact.” Submit the form online, or review and send through email or WhatsApp. Start with an overview. Detailed shareholder, audit, contract and technical documents are shared in stages after authorization and confidentiality arrangements are agreed.
